Supervisor Portal

The Portal is provided to organisations that operate a robot fleet, and to the individuals those organisations authorise. It is not a consumer service and is not open to public registration. You may use it only while your organisation's agreement with us is in force and your account remains active.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Accounts are created by your administrator. Authentication is provided by XO Auth, and your use of it is additionally subject to XO Auth's own terms.

• Keep your credentials and any second factor confidential; do not share an account.
• Everything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell your administrator and us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity and must be renewed by signing in again.

What you can see and do depends on the role your administrator assigns and the sites and robots allocated to you. You must not attempt to access data, robots or functions outside that allocation, or to circumvent any access control — including by manipulating URLs, tokens or requests.

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal unlawfully, or in breach of your organisation's policies.
• Interfere with the Portal's operation, or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except where that restriction is unenforceable by law.
• Copy, resell, sublicense or make the Portal available to anyone outside your organisation.
• Introduce malicious code, or use automated means to extract data at a scale or rate that burdens the service.
• Falsify operational records, or misrepresent who performed an action.

The Portal is a supervisory tool. It does not replace the safety systems, operating procedures or trained judgement required to operate autonomous machinery.

• Telemetry, positions, battery levels and alerts may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of network conditions or equipment faults. Never rely on the Portal alone to confirm that an area is clear or that a robot has stopped.
• Commands issued remotely — including starting, pausing, redirecting or recalling a robot — have physical consequences. Issue them only when you are competent to do so and satisfied the manoeuvre is safe.
• Follow the robot manufacturer's instructions, site rules and applicable health and safety law at all times. Where they conflict with anything shown in the Portal, they take precedence.
• Report faults, near misses and unexpected behaviour through your organisation's incident process.

Fleet, task and operational data entered into or generated by the Portal remains your organisation's. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service, to keep it secure, and to produce aggregated statistics that do not identify you or your organisation.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that data you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

The Portal, its embedded modules, and all software, designs and documentation within it belong to RXDI Platform and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use it for your organisation's internal operations for as long as your access continues. No other rights are granted.

The Portal depends on third-party services, including XO Auth for authentication and our infrastructure providers for hosting. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability, and interruptions to those services may interrupt the Portal.

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces functionality your organisation relies on, we will give reasonable notice through the Portal or to your administrator.

Your administrator may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where the underlying agreement ends, or where continued access presents a security or safety risk. On termination your right to use the Portal stops immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive will do so.

Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Portal is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Portal will be error-free, uninterrupted or that its data will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Portal is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You will indemnify RXDI Platform against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Portal in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be notified through the Portal or to your administrator before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
